Return & Replacement Policy

No Return Policy (White-Label Products)

All white-label products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, we do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Order cancellations

White-label products are manufactured and supplied for private labeling and business use, therefore no return policy applies.


Replacement Policy (Damaged or Wrong Items Only)

We offer replacement only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Manufacturing defect found

  • Wrong item delivered

Eligibility for Replacement

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Unboxing video and photo proof required

Requests without proper proof will not be accepted.

Please share:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Proof of purchase/invoice

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.


Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer replacement for:

  • Size or fit issues

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variation due to lighting/screen

  • Used or washed products

  • Sale or discounted items
