B2B Bulk Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All bulk orders are processed within 3–10 business days depending on order size and product availability.

  • For made-to-order or customized bulk orders, processing time may extend and will be communicated in advance.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).


Shipping Timeline

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and shipment size.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days after dispatch.

  • For large-volume orders, delivery may take longer due to logistics handling.


Shipping Methods

We ship bulk orders via:

  • Surface cargo

  • Air cargo

  • Trusted logistics partners & transport services

Shipping mode is selected based on order volume, destination, and cost efficiency.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated separately based on weight, volume, and delivery location.

  • Final shipping cost will be shared before dispatch.

  • Freight can be paid by buyer or seller as mutually agreed.


Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Dispatch confirmation

  • Tracking details / LR number

  • Transporter contact details (if applicable)


Delivery Responsibility

  • Buyer must ensure correct shipping details and availability to receive goods.

  • Any delay due to incorrect address or unavailability is buyer’s responsibility.

  • Transport delay due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues is beyond our control.


Damaged or Missing Goods

  • Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proper unboxing video and photo proof is mandatory.

  • Without proof, claims will not be accepted.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) are buyer’s responsibility.

  • Customs delays are not under our control.
